Assign Access to Sigma Workspaces

To ensure that Validio can discover the data models and workbooks that you need to monitor, you need to grant the Validio API user access to all the relevant Sigma workspaces. For more information, refer to Folder and Document Permissions and Share a Folder in Sigma documentation.

To assign users to workspaces in Sigma,

1. Navigate to your Sigma Administration page > Workspaces > All workspaces.
2. Find the workspace you want to monitor.
3. Click the dotted menu, and select Share.
4. Search for the person or team that you want to grant access to.
5. Under Permission, assign the user Can view or Can explore.
6. Repeat for any workspace containing data models or workbooks that you want to monitor.
