In the sidebar navigation, you can find settings pages to manage and review your Account profile, Workspaces, and System settings.

Account Profile

Your Account page shows your profile information, including the list of namespaces you have access to and your permissions in those namespaces.

You can use this page to update your name and contact information and change your password.

Note

Your account password must have a minimum length of 10 characters and meet the following criteria:

• Include at least one uppercase character
• Include at least one lowercase character
• Include at least one number
• Include at least one special character
• Does not include more than 2 equal consecutive characters
• Does not include your username, common password key words (such as password), or words related to your company (such as company name)

Workspace Settings

Your Workspace in Validio is where you can view and update the Namespaces, Teams, Users, Tags, and API settings for the platform.

You can only edit Workspace settings if your user is assigned Admin or Editor permissions. For more information, see About Validio RBAC.

System Settings

System settings displays the name of the different Validio services running on the platform, their version number, and current status.

The service status will either be green or yellow:

• Green–The service is running as normal.
• Yellow–The service is unavailable.
