Prerequisites for integrating with Looker
- A user account in Looker with the Admin permission set. The admin role allows Validio to automatically generate lineage relationships between Looker and any connected data warehouse tables. For more information about creating this account, see Adding Users and Default Permission Sets in Looker documentation.
- An API key for the user account. You can generate a new API key from the Users page in Looker. This produces the client ID and client secret that you need to configure a Looker Credential in Validio. For more information, see API Keys in Looker documentation.
