Whether an identity provider owns this team through SCIM. The provider replaces the member list on every sync, so manual membership changes by a team manager are refused.
Users appointed to manage this team's member list. A manager may add and remove members of this team without holding TEAMS_WRITE, and need not be a member. Managers are appointed via teamManagersAdd, which requires TEAMS_WRITE.
