Input for listing the model deployments on a Microsoft Foundry or Azure OpenAI resource.
Takes the endpoint and credentials directly so deployments can be listed while a
credential is still being filled in. When editing a saved credential the secret
is not available to the client, so credentialId supplies anything omitted here.
