validatorMetricDebugInfo
Get the debug query for an incident: the SQL that selects a sample of the
records behind the incident, limited to its window and segment and to
rowLimit rows. The query is returned in sqlQuery and is not run.
validatorMetricDebugRecords runs it. With templated, the query holds
{{ validio_* }} placeholders and cannot be run as it is. Only warehouse
sources have a debug query.
Requires INCIDENTS_WRITE and SQL_EXECUTION_READ permissions.
