REQUIRE

Only attempt to create an SSL connection, without verifying the server certificate.

Only attempt to create an SSL connection and verify that the server certificate is issued by a trusted certificate authority.

VERIFY_FULL

Only attempt to create an SSL connection, verify that the server certificate is issued by a trusted certificate authority and that the server host matches the one in the certificate.
