Validio 4.4 adds support for saved searches on sources, validators, and incident groups, so that you can easily save the search, sort, and filter configuration for the listings. As an example, you could create a saved search of the incidents groups called “My incidents” that filters the list by critical incidents assigned to you in the previous day as a triaging workflow. You can even create the saved searches and share them with other users in your organization. For more information, see Saving Searches in the product documentation.

Global validators page

Global validators page
Validio 4.4 adds support for a global validators page, so that you can see all of your validators across all of the sources in the system. In addition, you can see which sources and namespaces those validators are associated, but we didn’t stop there. All of the great Saved Searches functionality is also available on the new global validators page!

Improved notification messages

Improved notification messages
Validio 4.4 adds support for improved notification messages, so that you have much more context in the notification message when triaging. We have added an inline metric graph that gives you more detail about the incident as well as the deviation. In addition, we have also added triaging actions so you can update the status of the incident to provide model feedback, assign an owner to the incident, or even mute the incident if you don’t want to be notified about it again. These updates are available for both Slack and Microsoft Teams. For more information, see About Notifications and refer to the updated docs for Slack and Microsoft Teams notification channels.

Deprecations

  • Following Google’s official deprecation of Pub/Sub Lite, we will also deprecate our Pub/Sub Lite source integration. We will remove all the Pub/Sub Lite APIs and related options from the source creation wizard in an upcoming release. For more information, refer to Google Pub/Sub Lite documentation.
